Vision Repair (“the website”) is an online tool for receiving and processing cosmetic Surgery applications and is operated by Lightstate Limited (Company Number 04269710, Registered Address: Carmelite, 50 Victoria Embankment, Blackfriars, London EC4Y 0LS.). Where ‘we’ or ‘our’ or ‘us’ is used in these Terms and Conditions, this refers to Lightstate Ltd.
Lightstate Ltd may make alterations to these terms and conditions from time to time and these variations shall become effective immediately upon being published here.
You may wish to review updates to these terms and conditions periodically as they are subject to change at any point, and without warning.
About Vision Repair
Vision Repair collects data from users and passes this on where applicable, without alteration, and after user approval, to our chosen third parties, as clearly stated to the user during the data submission process and at the end of Laser Eye Surgery application process.
You agree and accept that Lightstate Ltd has no responsibility to review the content of the communications on the website all of which are made available on the basis that Lightstate Ltd shall not be required to exercise any control or judgment of the content or the material posted or contained therein.
Third party websites with links from Vision Repair have not been verified or reviewed by Lightstate Ltd, and use and access of such third party websites is at your own risk.
You acknowledge and agree that Lightstate Ltd does not act in any way as your agent or as the agent for any of the third party organisations and services featured on the website.
Lightstate Ltd makes no warranties, nor can it assume any responsibility for the following:

Liability Obligations
Lightstate Ltd provides and maintains the website for personal information and community purposes, on an ‘as is’ basis. Lightstate Ltd shall be liable only to provide its services with reasonable skill and care and gives no other warranty in connection with the website.
Lightstate Ltd excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Lightstate Ltd and Lightstate Ltd shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:
- any incorrect or inaccurate information on the Website and all interruptions to or delays in updating the service;
- the infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party caused by their use of the website;

- the availability, quality, content or nature of the other sites on the internet that are owned and operated by third parties (“External Sites”) which are linked to from LifeCube. Any questions, problems or complaints regarding the content or use of other sites or companies linked to from The website should be taken up with said third party.
- all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have effect.
- Lightstate Ltd have used all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided by it is accurate and accords with current standards however it cannot account for the accuracy of information posted by users of the Website.
Agreement Termination
Lightstate Ltd shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of the website upon your breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.
Termination shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights of either party.
Lightstate Ltd will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen contingency beyond the reasonable control of such party including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

If Lightstate Ltd does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a waiver of any provision or right.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Lightstate Ltd and shall apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract which you may purport to propose.
Use of LifeCube and these terms are subject to the laws of England which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all the above permissions, exclusions, licenses and conditions of use and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
It is hereby asserted that the website is intended for and directed at the UK and no representation or warranty is made as to whether the website complies with the regulatory regime and local laws of any other countries.
